Reef Resort is an operating floating resort off Samal Island, and the storefront for owning part of one.
Fractional ownership
A share can be anything from 1% to 100% of a property. The size of the share sets three things at once: how much you can use it, what proportion of the rental income you receive, and how much weight your vote carries in governance decisions.
Two property types are offered:
- Glamphouse — 14 units at 290 sq ft, oceanfront.
- ArkPad — 2 units at 490 sq ft, solar-powered.
Structures are rated for 30–65 years of service.
Also a resort
The same site sells day passes from ₱249 per person, overwater glamping stays, and watersports — kayaking, paddleboarding and banana boat rides — so the property earns while shares are being sold.
Payment
Purchases settle in either cryptocurrency or conventional payment methods.
